Obaid Arshad is the co-founder and CEO of Ginkgo Retail, a Lahore-based e-commerce operations platform that handles order management, inventory, and omnichannel fulfillment for merchants running on Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. Before founding Ginkgo, he built out the Shopify Plus practice at Alchemative and worked in e-commerce operations at Sapphire, after early jobs in banking and logistics in Pakistan.
