What the archive records
Saad Tamman is an actuarial scientist by training, a Fulbright scholar in economics from Vanderbilt, a former McKinsey associate on the Punjab education reforms program, and the working farmer behind a Pothohar agricultural operation. At the time of this conversation he was part of the Strategic Reforms Unit inside the Prime Minister's Office, where he helped draft the PTI government's hundred-day agenda and the federal agriculture transformation program.
