What the archive records
Umair has spent over 20 years in education as a teacher, researcher, and administrator. He studied instructional leadership at UMass Amherst and advanced education leadership at Harvard, researching models in the USA, Singapore, and South Korea. He founded Thinking School Pakistan in 2015 and now operates multiple campuses with a philosophy centered on entrepreneurship and critical thinking.
