Chaudhry Junaid Afzaal is the Chairman of Nova Group, a real estate development conglomerate behind Nova City Islamabad, Nova City Peshawar, and Nova One. He began his career in IT, spent six years at NADRA where he worked on machine-readable passports, civil registration digitisation, and the e-Sahulat bill-payment platform, before joining the family real estate business and eventually founding Nova Group. He also started Nova City School in 2016, which teaches character education, robotics, and entrepreneurship from preschool.
