What the archive records
Danish Khaliq is VP of sales and strategy at Mega Motor Company, the Hubco-backed local partner bringing BYD to Pakistan. A LUMS mathematics graduate and Fulbright scholar with a master's in operations research from Columbia, he spent the early part of his career in oil and gas with British Petroleum and ENI, then in Pakistan's power sector with USAID-backed turnaround programs, before spending close to a decade in Canada working with the Ontario Ministry of Energy and in consulting. He returned to Pakistan in late 2021 to lead the new ventures division at Hubco.
