Ehtesham Maqbool Elahi is the managing director of MacPac Films, the publicly listed flexible-packaging company his father founded in Pakistan after pioneering BOPP film manufacturing in the country in the mid-1980s. He took on day-to-day leadership in 2007 and has led the company through a major fire, a digital transformation, an SAP S/4HANA go-live, and an expansion into Europe, North America, and the Middle East via a UAE-based subsidiary.
