Fahad Lone is a Lahore-based developer building a vertical resort facility in Nathiagali. He studied accounting and economics at university and moved into real estate around 2018, starting with a small horizontal farmhouse project before pivoting to a vertical, tourism-led development in the Galyat region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
