What the archive records
Ghazanfer Jaffery is a Pakistani filmmaker and one of the co-founders of Bekaar Films, the YouTube comedy collective that grew out of a final-year university project in 2013. He grew up in North Carolina, moved back to Karachi in 2008, studied film at FAST, worked as a producer at Saatchi & Saatchi, and in 2023 relocated to Dubai with his wife and young son.
