Kabeer Naqvi is President and CEO of U Microfinance Bank Limited, which he has led since 2015, taking its loan book from 600 million rupees to over 60 billion. He began his microfinance career in 2006 at Tameer Microfinance Bank (now Telenor/Easypaisa Microfinance Bank), rising to CFO, Chief of Staff, and Company Secretary, with earlier roles at Ernst & Young Saudi Arabia, TPL Pakistan, and House of Habib. He is a chartered accountant, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and has chaired the Pakistan Microfinance Network.
