Parvez Abbasi is a veteran telecom and tech entrepreneur who graduated as a telecom engineer in London, worked at British Telecom, helped launch Instaphone and MobiLink (Jazz) in Pakistan's earliest mobile years, co-founded Mobile Zone into a billion-dollar distribution company, and later conceived and built Pakistan's first National Incubation Center.
