Shanza N. Khan is the founder and CEO of Ion IV, a Pakistani educational organisation that does college counselling, profile building, and international competitions. She holds a master's in public policy from Harvard and an undergraduate economics degree from Emory, where she graduated top of her class. Before education she spent over two decades in development economics with the Federal Reserve Bank, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the Aga Khan Development Network.
