Javed Hassan is a Pakistani banker-turned-policy expert who has held senior executive roles across profit and non-profit sectors in Pakistan and internationally, including serving as Chair of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). He has also been a Senior Visiting Fellow at Fudan University in China and is widely recognised for his work on economic governance, structural reforms, skills development, and attracting international investment into Pakistan.
